Reach out right away. While the order is still being prepared we can correct the address with no trouble. After it leaves our hands the carrier takes over, and any rerouting has to be arranged with them directly.
Yes. Nothing in the box ever shows what was paid — no invoice, no receipt, no price tags. The only record of cost goes to your own email. If you want a short note included, just leave it in the order comments at checkout.
If it hasn't entered processing yet, almost anything can be adjusted — sizes, quantities, items. Message us as soon as possible and we'll take care of it. Once the parcel ships, the order is locked.
